1. Introduction
Welcome to CWClub ('Application', 'We', 'Us'). By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you ('User') are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Use (EULA).
    2. Acceptance of Terms
    By using the CWClub application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue using the application.
      3. Service Description
      CWClub is a community platform that allows users to:
      • Create and share content such as text, photos, or locations (User Generated Content / UGC).
      • View posts from other users.
      • Interact with other users.
      • Order food and beverages online through the in-app ordering feature.
      4. User Generated Content (UGC)
      You are fully responsible for the content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that it does not violate the law and does not contain:
      • Hate speech, harassment, violence, pornography, or discrimination.
      • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations of others.
      • Personal information shared without the owner's consent.
      We do not tolerate offensive, harassing, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend user accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
      5. Moderation & Reporting
      CWClub implements a moderation system to maintain community safety:
      • Users can report inappropriate content via the 'Report' button.
      • Users can block other users to prevent viewing or interacting with them.
      • Our moderation team will review reports and take action within 24 hours, including content removal or account suspension.
      6. Intellectual Property Rights
      All copyrights and trademarks related to CWClub belong to us. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our written consent.
        7. Prohibited Use
        You are prohibited from using the application for:
        • Illegal activities or actions that harm others.
        • Uploading malware, spam, or conducting fraudulent activities.
        • Accessing systems without authorization.
        8. Account Suspension and Deletion
        We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if:
        • You violate these terms and conditions.
        • Suspicious activity or repeated reports occur.
        • You request account deletion yourself.
        To delete your account, you can submit a request through the app or via email at: developer.cwcoffee@gmail.com.
        9. Limitation of Liability
        We are not responsible for any data loss, damages, or harm resulting from the use of this application. Use of the application is entirely at your own risk.
          10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
          These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising in connection with CWClub membership shall be resolved through mutual discussion or, if necessary, through the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.
            11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
            We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be displayed on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
